Effects are processed into saved photos and videos. Save to Photos or share your latest capture.

Front screen light gives you a soft glow while keeping your preview visible. Your display brightness restores afterward.

All detected faces are covered by default. Tap a face to keep it visible, or choose Cover everyone so focus taps never reveal a face.
Current build: portrait 1080p capture, approximately 2 MP photos, and digital zoom. Face-position tracking can lose or swap subjects; it is not identity recognition.

Is Sensible Camera available yet?
Not yet. It’s coming soon, exclusively for iPhone. We’ll link the App Store here when it’s ready. No launch date or price has been announced.
Does it really work offline?
Yes. The app’s camera, face detection, effects, and recording run on your iPhone. You need internet to download the app or use external sharing and cloud services. This website also needs internet.
Will it hide every person perfectly?
No. Detection can miss distant, occluded, moving, or poorly lit faces. Face effects don’t hide clothing, voices, or other identifying details. Always review your capture and get permission where needed.
Does Crowd stories read people’s emotions?
No. Characters are assigned for fun. The little zzz, ! and sparkles are decorative accents—not judgments about someone’s feelings or identity.
Can I cover my own face, too?
Absolutely. Cover everyone includes you, and prevents a tap-to-focus gesture from making a face visible. Handy for camera-shy creators who still have a story to tell.
